Oversize Overmass (OSOM) tower and blade deliveries

OSOM deliveries will occur Monday through Saturday, with a police escort. Where possible we will schedule OSOM deliveries prior to school zone exclusion times.

Please allow extra time for your journey if travelling on the OSOM route in the morning.

School zone exclusion times

School bus operators will be notified of any planned works along school bus routes.

We are also reducing the impact on schools and bus routes with the following restrictions on OSOM vehicles during school days:

• Wind farm site - No OSOM vehicles are to leave the Project site at the following times:
  • 8:00 am and 9:30 am
  • 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm
• Lachlan Valley Way - No OSOM vehicles are to enter Lachlan Valley Way at the following times
  • 7:15 am to 8:30 am
  • 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm

Some tips when approaching an OSOM delivery:

• Reduce your speed
• Prepare to stop if necessary
• Be patient. Do not overtake, you will be given an opportunity to pass when it is safe
• Be prepared for unexpected wind buffeting when given the opportunity to pass
• Follow instructions given by the traffic escort
