Tilt Renewables is committed to sharing the benefits of our projects with the local and regional community. While renewable energy brings environmental benefits, the Coopers Gap Wind Farm also brings employment opportunities and a community benefits plan that aims to strengthen the local community.

PROJECT BENEFITS

During construction the Project employed up to 200 people. It is expected that up to 15 ongoing jobs would be created for the operation of the Project.

The Project also injects funds into the local community through payments to involved landholders, use of local goods and services and community fund contributions.

The Coopers Gap Wind farm would generate enough renewable energy to power up to 232,000 homes across Queensland.
