We are proposing two full days for one-on-one appointments with members from the Tilt Renewables RPWF Project Delivery Team.

Book in to speak with us

If Regional NSW restrictions are not eased enough for us to run these one-on-one appointments, we will still use the online booking form to hold phone / video appointments, and we will plan for in-person consultation sessions when it is safe to do so.

Additionally, members from our Delivery Partners, Vestas and Zenviron, will be available by appointment to discuss employment, goods and services opportunities. You can select who you’d like to speak with in the link to the online booking form above.

These sessions are intended to foster a two-way dialogue with the communities surrounding the Project and along the construction transport routes, so that they’re equipped with information on what to expect during construction and as we build up to busier periods.

On both days, hardcopy project fact sheets, maps, feedback forms and information on the Community Enhancement Funds for each Local Government Area will be available. These documents will also be available prior to the sessions on this Project website, and will be available ongoing from the Rye Park Community Hall, where we will have a 'project shopfront'.

We want to hear from you, so if you miss out on an appointment or the 22 & 23 October dates don't work for you, we ask that you please call us on 1800 WE TILT, as we will seek to arrange another time for you.

We will postpone face-to-face consultation if it’s not safe to carry out. We will do our best to communicate in advance a required cancellation with the community.

Any consultation activities will follow strict COVID-19 health and safety guidelines in line with government requirements, such as sanitisation, check-in QR codes and face masks.

WEBINARS – RPWF construction information and Q&A

We will be holding two live webinars between 12pm - 1pm on both Friday 22 and Saturday 23 October.

The purpose of these sessions is to provide an overview of what to expect during construction, ask us questions about the delivery schedule of the Project and learn about how we will keep you informed throughout construction.

These sessions will be virtual so please register your attendance via the below link. We will also provide a direct link to tune in on this page shortly.

If you can't tune in to either webinar, we will record them and make them available on this website.

For prospective contractors, learn about what employment opportunities there are onsite and offsite, talk to our delivery partners about supplying goods or services and learn about the key construction milestones.

Construction updates via text message

In order to keep the community informed and prepared, we are planning to implement text message updates during construction to notify the community of any traffic impacts and significant works. We hope this will provide the community with some certainty and preparedness while construction is underway without having to actively seek out relevant information on the Project.

Employment Opportunities

We are committed to employing local people and buying local wherever possible. Construction also provides an economic boost for regional communities by increasing demand for local goods and services, such as accommodation, hotels, restaurants and cafes.

We have prepared a list of employment opportunities with our delivery partners, who we continue to provide with the Goods & Services Register for the Project. To augment opportunities for local businesses, the Rye Park Wind Farm has also been listed on the Industry Capability Network (ICN) Gateway.

Click through to our Onsite Employment page to view the list and to register interest in providing goods or services for the Project.
