Angela has extensive experience in financial advisory and investment management, across global energy and utilities sectors.

About Angela

Angela has more than 20 years investment and advisory experience predominantly in energy and utilities infrastructure. Angela was a Partner at QIC Global Infrastructure and a member of the QIC Global Infrastructure Management Investment Committee and over 11 years Angela led the team’s investment and asset management activities in the energy and utilities sector.

Angela is a Founding Director on the board of Tilt Renewables (previously PARF), leading its establishment in 2016 and is also a Director of Pacific Energy (since 2021), a leading Australian distributed energy business focused on the provision of low-carbon energy solutions to remote towns and mine sites. Angela is also an alternate Director on the Board of Powerco NZ (director 2012-2017; alternate director 2017-current), New Zealand’s second largest gas and electricity distribution business. Her previous roles include Founding Director of Epic Energy (2012-2018), Founding Director of Lochard Energy (2015-2022) and alternate Director of Nexus Hospitals (2019-2021).

Prior to joining QIC in 2012, Angela had a long career in investment banking M&A advisory working at both JP Morgan and UBS, where she was head of Power & Utilities for Australasia and involved in most of the large-scale energy & utilities acquisition activity in the market during that period.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (First Class Honours, University Medal) and a Bachelor of Law Degree (First Class Honours) from University of Queensland.
